This is holiday of all mothers, grandmothers, and little girls as future moms.

It is become a tradition to give something special, some exclusive gifts to moms to assure them in our love. Embroidered souvenirs could be great gifts, where every handmade stitch tells about sincere love to moms.

We have a few stores in our team which offer embroidered gifts for moms.

For example- adorable shop Skrynka.
The owner of the shop Natasha offers cross stitch embroidered pendants.
Natasha is concentrating exclusively on Ukrainian’s national heritage, though; any mother would be delighted to get one of Natasha’s great items.

Store Woolsolution is offering more essential gifts.
Owner of the shop Lyudmila accomplished embroidery of significant level – abstract man’s head as image from the painting of renowned artist Paul Klee.

This embroidery piece would be unquestionable great benefit for decoration of any living room, it will bring bright accent to any contemporary style interior.

Pleasurable store BelleCoccinelle offers very feminine and elegant embroidery.
Items in this shop are made by hand, and also on hand-guided, beginning of the last Century "Singer" machine, which your grand-grand-mothers were using for sawing.
Owner of the store Lana – an embroidery designer, she offers embroidered souvenirs of any taste and style.
For example - delicate lily-of-the-valley:

Or smiley daisies:

These embroidery items made dimensional and looks like they grow right from the hoops.
Mom can decorate the shelf with this embroidery, next to the needlecraft chest, or she can present this beautiful souvenir to her daughter, future mom.

It doesn’t make any sense to buy common gift to your loved one.
Unusual gift is always much more thrilling.
Embroidery made by members of Russian team is unforgettable gift which every mom will keep for a long time.

Stylish things, Anastasia lightkeeping

Have you ever taken a walk in a birch grove during the summer? Bright sunshine pierces the lacy birch foliage. Small white and blue wildflowers are flirting with each other. Ripe berries of wild strawberry are playing hide-and-seek with sunrays. A light breeze brings with it the aroma of wild grasses and flowers. You get the same wonderful feeling when you visit the 'lightkeeping'.

The owner of the store is a charming lady named Anastasia. You can definitely tell a lot about a person from looking at her works. Looking at Anastasia's creations, you can immediately see that she is kind cheerful, and her store radiates happiness.

Anastasia is a talented jewelry designer. Most of her pieces are made with lamp-work beads, which she complements with Swarovski crystals, genuine precious and semi-precious gemstones, pearls, etc. Earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, hair clips – everything made by Anastasia - immediately attracts your attention. All her creations are simple, elegant and original.

Anastasia keeps her relationships with her customers very personal. She respects her customers' taste and does her best in listening to their wishes. She says: «Custom orders are always welcome; if you see an item in my store that you like, but would like it better if it were put together in a somewhat different way, I'll be happy to accommodate! And if you like my "style" but don't see a particular color you'd like, I may be able and will be glad to put something together for you.»

Tomorrow is Anastasia's birthday. Rusteam would like to congratulate Anastasia and wish her to always remain her charming self and keep amazing us and her customers with her wonderful works.

Happy Birthday, Anastasia!

Stylish Things - customized presents

Winter holidays are quickly approaching and we start thinking what presents to give to our beloved ones more and more often.

We want the present to be special, to show our attachment, love and care. We also want the recipient to be really excited about it, to see that joy in their eyes.
Who does not know the torturing doubts and apprehension when choosing that perfect gift, especially when the budget is limited.

There is a great solution for any chosen item to give joy – personalization. This means that nobody else will have the same gift, as it bears the name of the gift’s recipient.

For example, it is so exciting for a child to get a special pillow for the Tooth Fairy. A fairy comes when baby teeth fall out. She buys the tooth, however, in order for this to happen, it has to be put into a secret place – a special pocket with the child’s name.

Custom Embroidery
An elegant gift can be made for a beloved man. It may be a luxurious towel, cashmere scarf or a shirt with embroidered initials. This is so chic, even Trump himself wears such shirts! Aren’t our men worth the same?

Custom Embroidery
Nobody needs to justify tender attachment to their pets. They are members of the family, we tend to celebrate their birthdays, hang a Christmas stocking full with delicious treats for them and study the fashion for warm pet clothing with all seriousness. Why not delight yourself and your family members with a new bed for your favorite pet, for example like this one:

Custom Embroidery
Probably your fluffy joy cannot read, however, this embroidery will definitely bring a lot of pleasure to you and your children.

One shouldn’t forget about themselves any holiday season. A luxurious monogram on bed linen or a dressing-gown, cashmere sweater or napkins will bring you a lot of pleasant moments. It is these elegant embroideries add that hint of femininity and style to our image.

Custom Embroidery
Boutiques FineEmbroidery and FunEmbroidery wish you happy holidays and invite you to give unique personalized gifts to yourself and your beloved ones!

Interview with a Star - Lana at FineEmbroidery

This post is the first from many others Interviews with a Star. So... Our first Star - Lana

I have two stores on Etsy:
www.FineEmbroidery.etsy.com
www.FunEmbroidery.etsy.com

Fine Embroidery is a unique service that offers the most exquisite hand and hand-guided machine embroidery available today.
I am exhibiting unique 3 dimensional embroidery Art Works, which have been made in the Trapunto style. I am offering custom Greeting Cards, Monograms, handmade suede Bags, various Accessories and one of a kind embroidered Jewelry.

I started to make my Suede Bags and Accessories Collection as a hobby exclusively for myself.
Then I realized that a lot of people liked my work.
To make my unique bags I am using suede, natural stones, wood and ivory beads.
My design style is very feminine.

My most favorite works are custom Monograms in Victorian style.
Making them is a very delicate and time consuming process.
At the beginning I make a sketch if the artwork according to the client’s request.
Then I create the embroidery on the hand guided machine, which is considered to be handmade embroidery. This machine gives me an opportunity to make embroidery very dimensional and delicate.
I have been producing these monograms for a very long time, especially on the handkerchiefs, bed linens, napkins, towels, and all kinds of wedding accessories.
This exclusive embroidery evokes the old-time feeling, when owning elegant items were considered extremely important compared to the cheaply priced mass-produced ones.

Just recently I had an opportunity to tell about my embroidered Greeting cards in Keeping Things Simple Blog, please, look at the link:
http://socksandmittens.blogspot.com/2010/08/interview-with-star-lana-from.html

My most favorite works are embroidered Artworks.

Three of my Artworks were dedicated to the Venetian Carnival
These Art pieces are one-of-a-kind. Embroidered pictures inspired by romantic historical images and unique masks of Venetian carnival. Embroidered details placed on hand painted “Dupioni” silk.
Pictures made from gorgeous fabrics in different styles and unique techniques. Wonderful pieces of velvet, satin, organza, tulle, silk, suede, lace and iridescent fabric have been used to create details. Embroidery has been done by silk, metallic, rayon, and unique holographic threads.
“Swarovski” crystals are adding drama and creating sparkling colors combination with other finest glass beads. Variety of rich, unique and extravagant feather pieces from exotic birds has been used for decoration.
3-dimensional technique required special attention; it was designed for these particular projects with intention to show most important details of the compositions on watercolor background.
Embroidered details were made in "Trapunto" style.

I received 15 prestigious International Awards for my designs and embroidery. Most recently I have been recognized by Elle and Stitches magazines for my embroidered artworks.
